Credit Reporting Authorization and Acknowledgment
The Tenant(s) hereby acknowledge and consent to the Landlord, or the Landlord's authorized agent, reporting the Tenant(s)' rental payment history via report.rentals or similar services, including but not limited to the timeliness, amount, and consistency of rent payments, to one or more consumer reporting agencies, including credit bureaus, in accordance with applicable laws.
The Tenant(s) further understand and agree that such reporting may positively impact their credit profile when rent payments are made on time, and may assist in establishing or improving their credit history. Conversely, late or missed payments may adversely affect the Tenant(s)' credit rating.
